Returns & Refund Policy

prerequisites:


  1. The product must be brand new and does not affect secondary sales.
    2. The shipping costs for return and exchange due to subjective reasons such as dislike are borne by the customer.
    3. For any product that is obviously defective or damaged due to our fault, we provide a full refund.

Return Shipping:

        When the product is wrongly sent, damaged in transportation or other defects, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the merchant. When the customer buys the wrong product, the product is not suitable or the customer does not want it, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer. Please contact customer service for the specific shipping fee

Notice:

1. Prepare the original product. order number. The photo includes the outer packaging.
2. Contact service@zzheels.com and provide the above information to apply for a refund or exchange.

3. Your request will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the return.

Refund time:

1. Refund if not shipped, refund within 3 working days
2. Refund and return, after receiving the return, the refund will be processed within 3 working days

Notes:

1. Please keep the original packaging and all information as evidence for us to confirm your item.
2. The product should be unused, undamaged, and original packaging.
