Thank you for shopping at zzheels.com. If you are not satisfied with anything, please contact our customer service and we are willing to solve the problem for you. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following procedures and precautions.
Preparations
1.Prepare the original product, order number, and a photo of the outer packaging.
2.Contact service@zzheels.com and provide the above information to apply for a refund or exchange.
3.Get authorization from customer service and ship the parcel back to address provided (Please keep the return receipt).
4.Your request will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the message.
Return Policy
●The product must be brand new and in a condition that does not affect its secondary sales.
●The shipping costs for return and exchange due to subjective reasons such as dislike are borne by the customer.
●For any product that is obviously defective or damaged due to our fault, we provide a full refund.
●After-sales time: Within 7 working days after receiving the goods, do not process beyond the time
●Please do not send your returns to the address on your package. It is not the return address and will affect the return process.

●Refund if not shipped: Within 3 working days
●Refund and return: After receiving the return, the refund will be processed within 3 working days
Refund path
The fee will be returned to the account where the payment was made.
