Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing our product. In order to provide you with satisfactory service, please read the following shipping terms. If you don’t understand anything, please contact our customer service.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

US: fast shipping: 5-7 working days

standard shipping: 10~12 working days (remote areas: 12-22 working days)

Note:It only refers to transportation time, not including shoes making times
Most products require an additional 1-2 working days to produce, with complex styles taking one to two weeks, depending on the difficulty of the production process. Normally, orders will be made and shipped according to the order time. If you have a schedule, it is recommended that you order at least two to three weeks in advance, or contact us to confirm.

Before sending the package, you can contact customer service to modify the address.
Once the package is sent, the address cannot be modified.
The additional costs incurred by changing the address must be borne by the customer.

Shipping fee:
Fast shipping: The shipping fee for the first 500g is $29.99, and an additional $14.99 is added for each 500g over 500g. (Note: ≤500g will be calculated as 500g)

Standard shipping:
1. order < $50 The shipping fee is $6.98

2. order ≥ $50 Free Shipping

WHERE DOES www.zzheels.com DELIVER?

U.S: We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO/PO.BOX addresses.

About track order:
1. After receiving the order,
On working days (Monday to Friday), we will try our best to process the order within 24 hours,
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday
2,As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
You will also be able to track your order in your account.
